Honestly it can be as little as 2-3 hours. It really depends on your goals and the effort you put in. Some clients notice positive changes after just a few sessions, while others might take a bit longer. The key is to stay consistent and engaged. What is the difference between career/executive coaching and Graduate Coaching!
Career coaching is beneficial for individuals at all career stages. However I specialise & only support those that are in the early part of their career as it is completely different. The challenges you face are very unique & different. Given I have specialised and worked with companies hiring 1000's of interns, grads, PhD students, I'm best placed to support that journey niching down to work with grads to help them get hired quicker - simple!
